AVIVA	South Africa	Top Producer: May 1-6, 2013, Elite Producer: May 6-8, 2013	12/1/2011-12/31/2012	Top Producer: $7 million, Elite Producer: $11 million. Top Producer: You and a guest can spend 5 spectacular days at the Palace of the Lost City! Elite Producer: You and a guest can spend 2 extra days in South Africa on safari! You can combine your premium to reach the Top Producer or Elite Producer producation levels. All life and annuity paid production received during the qualification period counts toward qualification.
Columbian Life	Kapalua, Maui	April 8 - 12, 2013	1/1/2012 - 12/31/2012	$550,000 of Paid Premium will qualify for an inviation with one guest. In order to qualify for Production Requirements, business must be recorded as paid during the qualification period. Policies not taken will be deducted form Production Requirements during the qualification period. The Company reserves the right to determine who shall and shall not attend any conference. Invitations are not transferable, and qualifications that are not used are forfeited. A qualification may not be converted to cash, transferred, or applied to future conferences.
Fidelity & Guaranty Life	Four Seasons Resort Hotel at Wailea, Hawaii	May 13 - 17, 2014	1/1/13 - 12/31/13	To qualify agents must have 1.5 Power Producer credits for Annuity (or $2.1 million of deferred annuity production). For Life, 1 Power Producer credit (or $90,000 of target premium). Invitiations will be extended to the top 100 writing agent producers meeting these thresholds. Please note: qualifications and invitations not transferable

Legacy	Gran Porto Real in del Carmen, Mexico	November 7 - 11, 2013	3/1/12 - 4/30/13	Generate $6 million in premium on select Legacy Exclusive Products, and earn an all-inclusive four-night trip to the Gran Porto Real in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. As a special incentive, the first five qualifiers who generate $2.5 million in submitted premium between March 1 and April 30, 2013, will be upgraded to an ocean-front suite!
Liberty Bankers Life	Rhine Getaway	August 10 - 18, 2013	7/1/12 - 6/30/13	$1.5 million production credit qualifies agent and guest. Includes LBL and CLIC annuity business issued and paid between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013. 0% credit for Bankers Accumulator. 25% credit for Bankers 1. Five case minimum. Invitations will be extended at the end of contest period at the sole discretion of the Company. There will be no cash substitute awards. Attendees will receive a Form1099 for the value of the trip. LBL may modify the qualification requirements at any time without notice. Invitations are subject to space availability.

Product Qualification Percentage: $50,000 in premium qualifies for the Leader's Club $75,000 in premium qualifies for the President's Club.
